Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese mind and body practice that incorporates rhythmic movement, breathwork, and meditation to improve immune function, increase longevity, balance and harmonize emotions, and elevate overall wellbeing. Comparable to yoga, Qi Gong has been academically researched and scientifically demonstrated to bring tremendous physical and emotional health benefits to its practitioners.
My passion for Qigong grew out of my study of Shaolin Kung Fu, and I have been deepening my training in Qigong, Kung Fu and internal martial arts over several years. I am certified to teach both Mantak Chia's Universal Healing Tao and Robert Peng's Elixir Healing Light systems, and I have also trained in Sheng Zhen, Tai Chi and Baguazhang.
